We joined the project when it was partially ready. Our task involved implementing a series of key modules and finalizing the remaining ones, as well as preparing the projects for official launching.
The Tasks module is designed to coordinate business processes in the company. It is a full-fledged task center. This module allows to set any kind of tasks for employees, discuss and monitor their implementation. The built-in reminder system helps keep track of everything and complete everything in time.
The Finances module is designed to manage flows of the corporate funds, control costs, and profitability of projects. This module allows the monitoring of current accounts and giving money to foremen on the condition of accountability. You can import operations from banks and 1C, as well as get thrift account notifications.
The Documents module is designed for automatic preparation of work completion certificates. This module saves significant time for employees who are in charge of filling in the respective documents.
